Please can you help?

In the last month or so I have sent 5 simple text messages to 3 different mobile phones, new contacts which I have not previously dealt with or sent texts to, and they have been charged as 'Picture' messages (MMS or SMS or whatever they are?). They were not the charity things, or the other so-called Premium numbers, just mobile phones.  Although they may be set up as business phones if that may be a consideration? Two of them were contractors who simply asked me to text them with a brief reminder for their information.

Please can you advise how I can determine if a Text message is going to interpreted as a 'Picture' message before it is sent?

Kind Regards

Geoffrey Wignall

This will depend on which phone you use and which version of firmware.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
