Termination fee £138.24. £51 airtime debt

Hi

I may of had a sim contract which was terminated because of missed payments. I can not remember why I would have this contract.

The contract has gone to debt company lowell. 

I can not login to o2 website to enquire as it comes up an error.

Is it usual to have a termination fee nearly 3 times of what I owe?

Additional fees are added once passed ove to a DCA.

You need to speak to Lowell now as they have bought the debt off O2 and O2 are paid, so no longer interested.

Surely o2 have a set termination fee. My contract was terminated Jan 2024. I think I used to pay £9 a month for a sim only contract

There will be the fees that O2 initially charged you then the DCA will add their fees to it.
