hi,I have a monthly pay o2 and I want to change my tariff, after I change is with immediately efect or starts only on the next month?

Hi, angelkdc1981,

Unless o2 tell you otherwise, your tariff will start on your next billing cycle. This applies to standard and flexible tariffs and any unused allowance provided as part of your previous tariff will not be transferred and will be lost. Hope this helps. If not, I would recommend you ring o2 customer services on 0800 587 4005.

If you call and ask to move, they can process it straight away.
If you do it yourself then it would be as @O2Sophie has said and be from the next bill.
