Billed for a cancelled account

I cancelled my accounts and I have still been billed approx £50. I cannot get through to contact anybody regarding this. I cannot log on to my o2 as it tells me I no longer have an account. I want my money back!!!

New sim

I received my new sim and my old 1 disconnected this morning. I put my new 1 in and then topped up yet I cannot make phone calls and the phone doesn’t work outside the house. Also I topped up £20 and it only says £10

Resolved! Mobile broadband

I would like to try a 4G router to access the internet. I am currently with BT for landline and broadband but the connection is so slow that it is unworkable. I have no O2 products so need a bit of advice please.
