@San57

It will only automatically change if a promotional period has ended or because of the yearly rpi increase.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

Thank you. I have had the same tariff for 4 years. They have sent me an email saying it is changed because "you are now on O2 Refresh Unlimited 3GB". If it's due to RPI, I understand but the email doesn't say that!

@jonsie
It shows the new tariff. It also says that my tariff has changed this month so the next time I can change it will be in June.
The tariff itself is £23 but in my new bill, the tariff charge is £29.47 (before VAT).
This is for 3GB data and unlimited call/message.

You should call and query it with customer service. The tariff itself should not be changed unless you specifically requested it.

Seems to be very expensive for so little data to me.

Thank you. I tried calling 202 but at the mention of tariff or bill they hang up automatically. Live Chat is offline. I'm not sure how to contact them.
