it can take up to 24 hours for you to be charged.
Do you have a txt saying the bolt ons are activated? In which case you'll be fine to continue it should only come off your bolt ons.
Worst case there's been an error in which case phone O2 tomorrow on 4445(25p) and they should reimburse any charges you've incurred if the bolt ons failed even after they're "active"
What phone did you get then?:)
