Tariff Charge cost

Hi,

there is a tariff charge cost in this month bill, do you have any idea why 17.82£ charged without asking for my approval and any tariff change request?

You will need to speak to o2 tomorrow and ask them what the charge is for, you can also find out by logging into myo2 and checking your bill..
