O2. I’ve had enough of you.  I’ve never received such dreadful service from a company.  I have been with you at least 20 years.  But that counts for nothing these days.  Promises of managers to phone me back.  Lie. Promised call backs from customers service staff. Lie.   Rubbish.  Vailed promises.  And now being threatened with a debt recovery company because of your incompetence.  See you in court.  Newspapers love to hear stories like this as you rake on money from us each month and give us nothing back.  How dare you.  If you send me a survey asking how you did, don’t expect anything nice.  You ruined my birthday today.  Thanks.

@Livvy This is not O2. This is a customer community. If you've been told that your account is being turned over to debt recovery, it's probably because you haven't paid what O2 says you owe. If you do owe O2 money and don't pay, your credit will be affected and you won't be able to get credit for anything, let alone a mobile phone contract.

You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

https://www.o2.co.uk/help/account-and-billing/payment-support

Best chance of getting through is calling at 8 am

You can also reach O2 through social media:

Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB), Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW), or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
