Switching number from o2 sim to o2 micro sim

Hey guys,

I've just got a new phone after upgrading my o2 contract from the Galaxy SII to HTC One.  I need to keep my number but the SII has a normal sim and the HTC has a micro sim so I cannot just keep my old one.

Do I need to give o2 the PAC code to transfer it over or will it be done automatically?  At the moment the micro sim has no signal.

You just need to perform an online sim swap.

Obtain a blank sim from 02 and follow the instructions.

It can sometimes take less time than 24 hrs. Switch your new phone off and on every so often and the new sim may activate.
