Hi, I'm currently on ee and my contract ends on 10th June.
I've managed to find the phone I want on uswitch on a limited time deal with o2. (It's £10 cheaper then what ee can offer me)

As I don't want this deal to run out I was wondering if I could order this new contract and request a pac code at a later date (just before my ee contract runs out). I know I need to give 30 days notice. As I really need to keep my phone number. And just have two phones for a short time.

Or would it be better to pay the early cancellation fee with 're and get a pac code then?

What would you suggest and how would I go about it?
Thanks ☺

Yes, as long as you pass the credit checks and are accepted you can take the o2 contract now and then get your PAC from EE in June and transfer your number then.

Thank you.

So of I order the new phone now. Then ring EE 30 days before the end of my contract and give them my notice. At the same time request my PAC code.
Then a few day before the end of my contract (around 8th june) ring o2 and give them my code (before my PAC code runs out)

Is that correct?

Thank you so much for your help
