Switched from PAYG to Pay Monthly but it's still saying I need to top up on my account

I've just switched from PAYG to Pay Monthly but it's still showing that I need to top up on my account. Is this normal or does it take time to update?

 

Even on the My O2 app it's not showing my tariff details.

 

Any help is appreciated!
