I'm just six months into a two year contract, anyone know if I could be switched to 4G without having to buy out the contract (I've been offered a discount). Just want 4G speeds when I'm in London (which is quite frequently) and would like to just carry on paying a standard tariff
I started a chat on launch day .I switched to a 4g tariff with 2g data unlimited t and c for the same price as my current contract . only problem was with my Galaxy S4 handset was not ready . But I downloaded a small app which has turned on the 4 g Antenna and 4g data is working Where Available.
Not done any Gaming. But the change in Data speed is amazing have been using the sensorly App to map coverage whilst I have been about my business signal strengths have been lower but speeds are consistant
Just tried calling 202, gave up after the (seemingly) obvious menu options got me to a place that just sent me a text with my upgrade options (which I already knew) and then invited me to end the call. Never got a chance to speak to a human
