I have applied to get my number switched to my new O2 phone and it’s been 2 days and it still hasn’t switched over?

You will receive a text back if it is received and accepted by O2, or you can call, numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

If this is an upgrade just use your old sim
