Hi little confused this evening. I went into a local store to Switch Up from 15 Pro to Pro Max but could not as I hadn’t reached the 90 days yet. I tried to give the whole Anytime terms vs 90 days etc and they said yes we know but your account says your on 90 days.

I have been on Plus Plans since Jan 2022 and have never cancelled nor came off them so how and why have I been forced over to the 90 day terms ?

FYI my partner has 2 bolt ons on her O2 app a Switch Up and a Switch Up Anytime, however I only have the Switch Up one.
