My phone was supposed to swap numbers from my previous network provider by 6pm tonight but I am still not updated can anyone help?

Also chase up O2 to check things at their end.

Hi, if it might help, same issue on my side today 5th April. It should be today. On my side, the O2 app is properly updated with my number however my network is not yet back. What's about you ? Is it on an Esim for you?

Thank you for your answer. Indeed, I'm regularly trying to reboot it, sometime only i airplane mode and another rebooting the full phone. If it might help, the network has been worked well with the "temporary number".

Same issue for me, switch date was scheduled to be 5th April, but switch isn’t complete yet. My old network has deactivated my number though. So, it seems the PAC was correct. I have rebooted multiple times. Will contact O2 when they open this morning.

Facing same issue here, just received a response from O2 that there is an ongoing issue for all customers whose numbers were ported yesterday (05/04) and that they're working on it and it should be resolved soon...

Hi, if it might help, I've used the O2 app chat . A really nice technician told me that in my case, the trasnfer of my number from my previous provider to O2 has been properly recorded however the issue was on my E-Sim which didn't reboot. Following a visit at O2 store, I've swapped for a new E-sim which solved my issue. Thanks for your help. Cheers
