Upgraded with the pick up from store option... never again only when I said that 02 could take the other three accounts and I have and go indulge in biologically impossible activities (well I think so but I have had sheltered life) did it become apparent that they had no idea how to to do this . I give them their due after much confusion they got there in the end why were they not trained rather than looking at the package that had been sent to them as though it might go bang? I have had wonderful service from O2 over the years and unlike some companies have found that the phone help is fine. The on line is pants, tried to raise an issue re the site upgrades the other day Q no delivery Ans send back in 7 days How do you send back a non delivered item? Impossiblre to get sane response Basil!!!

Impossible to read as well, you could contact O2 & ask how you can send it back

store pick up: the staff did not know how to deal with a store pick up it "was new" and they had had, so they said, no training. What should have been, turn up with old phone and the email you are asked to take to shop and job done not a lot of head scratching and can we do this?
I said they worked it out but it was not a good customer experience
I said I had had excellent service from O2 over the years
The issue I was trying to raise with the chat was simple
The upgrade site has a FAQ Q&A format in brief:
Q If You dont receive your phone
Ans. Send it back in 7 days
Anybody not see the slight problem with the answer?
