Still not paid after recycling with O2

Upgraded with O2 on 29th April. Received my recycle envelope 2 days later. Posted it. Received a confirmation text on 13th May stating "Thanks for recycling with O2 Recycle. We have just processed your order and your payment will be with you in the next few days." Those few days turned into weeks. Then spoke to 2 different customer service advisors, the last being Colin on the 3rd June who advised me it was an error on their part and my £90 would be in my account in 2-3 days. 3 weeks later, still no payment. Called customer service only to be cut off AGAIN! Need to wait two more weeks until the ombudsman can take up the complaint. Disgusted with the treatment.

Come on O2 - This shouldn't be too difficult to resolve, surely ???
Unfortunately, things do go wrong sometimes. Try calling CS again and see if you have better luck this time.....

Have you checked with your bank by calling them to ensure the payment is not being rejected for some reason.

Would it be paid into personal bank account or added as a credit onto phone account?
