All info on Spend Caps here, @Carol12 - certain items do not honour the cap, by design: Guide: Spend Caps & Charge to Mobile on O2
If there is anything that still makes no sense, you can access your bill details in MyO2 here Guide: How do I get to the 'Download Bill' page? - otherwise call CS on 202 from your mobile at around 08:10 this morning and discuss with them.
