I am looking to increase my spend cap, phone line in 02 cuts you off when you select that, the app won't allow you do it and tells you to go to a site, the site tells you to call and 02 are not taking calls for this. The chat option is not functioning. Can anyone help? I don't understand why my tariff and phone is over 100 a month and we are unable to get our accounts serviced bearing in mind the size of the company and the technology that they have.
