Sony headphones

Hi,

I ordered a new Sony Experia 5 11 from 02 in December 2020.  The offer on this phone included Sony noise cancellation headphones which you register with Sony for after you have reveived the phone.  I registered for the headphones within a week of receiveing the phone, Sony replied to me almost immediately saying the offer on the headphones had been withdrawn before the promotion deadlline !!!

This was one of the reasons for buying the phone in the first place. I feel that Sony and 02 have both let me down and this is not good enough.  Any advice.... ?

The promotion was run completely by Sony so it is they who you must complain to, although the T&C's do state "whilst stocks last" and that it "can be withdrawn at any time."

Thanks M15 for the clarification.  I have complained to Sony and all they said was 'promotion has now finished' or similar words to this.  I get that the T&C state 'whilst stocks last' etc however this was not clear up front from 02.......it was misleading in my view.....anyway lessons learnt........
