Why is my bill 132 when I’ve got a spending cap on it? I can’t afford to pay that charge and I’ve not set nothing up on my device to make it go to that price says Sony but I have nothing Sony with 02

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
