Called O2 twice now, around 8:15am and now at 9:10am:
1st time: was told its OOS and I should wait, nothing can be done.
2nd time: Was told it's IN STOCK and rep placed another order for me. Straight after the call I got a text from O2 saying:
"Sorry it's taking longer than we hoped to send your order. We're still expecting more stock soon. We'll text you again as soon as we have delivery date."
I have absolutely no clue what's going on. Utter mess!

I am also in the same position.
I ordered on the 5th and received an email earlier today saying it was out of stock.
how is possible that some people who ordered after these dates have received their phones (pleased they have at least got them 😉). Yet those who ordered earlier have not?
This means the headphone claim is not going to be possible either, which is why we ordered so early.
I spoke to customer complaints today and they said the order is going to take a long time to fulfill and no answer to the headphone issue?
Any ideas?

I've just cancelled my order. Ordered on the 5th, had virtually no communication until I receieved a text yesterday saying it wouldn't be delivered that day - noone had even told me it was due!
Live chat was no help. My02 app showed I had no products on my account. I rang a bunch of numbers until I finally got through to someone who told me it was due to arrive tomorrow (today). Well suprise, it's not here and I've rang again to be told it is out of stock with no indication of when it's arrving.
I'm shocked at how bad O2 has been about this. Part of the reason I ordered the phone was due to the free headphones. Now I see others who order much later than me have their device already??? I notice O2 have taken my payment immediatly mind, no issues there.
