Hi I have had 2 software updates now, the first my caller id stopped working and crashed everytime I tried to make a call. I then had another a couple of days ago and now both me and my husband can't make any calls. Phone says its calling but no connection and just drops out after a few seconds. We both have samsungs but different models and have looked at the connection map on the o2 site and for our area its good coverage in and outdoors. Not sure what to do?

It's always recommended to do a factory reset after a firmware upgrade.

Backup first using Samsung Smartswitch.
