Firstly let me thank o2 for the 18 txt messages throughout the night letting me know I needed to top up and get some more credit

Telephone Customer Services and have it removed.

I used to dislike the text i got after sending a text confirming my credit balance !

Perhaps you could have switched to silent until this morning to get some peace.

Make sure you ask them to credit your account with the 25p call charge as well as I don't see why you should pay for asking them to stop that amount of messages is very excessive
