Hi I just upgraded to the iPhone 8 Plus from an iPhone 6s Plus and I haven’t received a new SIM card so I automatically just switched my SIM from the 6s plus to the 8 plus and when looking at my o2 bill on the app it’s still showing iPhone 6s Plus and my old tariff. Any idea what I need to do or will it just change automatically at some point?
Thanks

@Danrawrr It will change in your myo2 within the next 24 hours. The SIM cards are the same size so you don’t need to do anything. If it doesn’t change then call customer service on 202

Just check and make sure it does change or you might end up with two contracts.
If it hasn't changed by the morning, call 202 to check.
