Hi guys I'm just swapping from pay as you go to pay monthly, my old sim has been disconnected so thought I would put in my new pay monthly sim, but it hasn't changed my number over yet also I'm not sure if I have to activate it yet. Any help would be appreciated!

Just keep rebooting your phone until it comes online.
Can take up to 24 hours but usually quicker.
