If I am doing a sim swap do I first put the new sim in my old phone or in my new one? Bit confused?

Have you transferred numbers or is this a SIM swap for a faulty SIM card?

But usually your new SIM can go in your new phone 🙂

Text from the old sim. When it then gets disconnected put your new sim in and keep rebooting

If your old sim is the same size and on o2, use that

@AOKR We've seen posts from people having problems with sim swaps recently. If your old sim fits in the new phone, use that until this mess settles down.
