Nothing to lose as it's payg. If you find the coverage rubbish just switch back.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

If you want sim only deals and are happy with O2 network why not look at giffgaff? Much better coverage than Vodafone.... http://giffgaff.com/index/offer

Apologies it wasn't Vodaphone it was Virgin.... http://www.uswitch.com/mobiles/yourdeal/?_cid=74877573

Never had any experience with Virgin so don't know if it's worth the switch?

Virgin runs off the T Mobile network which shares with Orange (now all part of EE)....

To be honest I've never had any experience with any other network other then o2, always been with them. That Virgin deal is a 1 month contract too so wouldn't be tied to 12. Maybe time for a change.
