Morning everyone .
Just a little advice. Ordered a sim Friday received tracking but the number is incorrect. Tried calling support number and all i get is no answer.
Long shot i know but how do I find out the correct info so I can see where this is ?

Sim cards are posted first class via Royal Mail.
Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255

SIM cards are sent Royal Mail. Depending on their tracking even if you had the number sometime it only updates when delivered!
