I got a phone on contract , it has been 15 days and I still haven't recieved my sim card. My data on my pay as you go has now run and I can't call anyone either. Yet my bill for the contract has come out today even tho I didn't use any of the data or minutes as I don't have the sim card. When I try to track my order it says i don't have any previous orders ,but I did receive the phone two weeks ago . How do i find out when my sim card will arrive?

You'll need to call customer service.

You can call using Skype.
Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

Thank you for your advice..After calling them 4 times and 50 minute si have been told i need to call mobile phones direct instead ... I would happily do that if I had my sim card..
