I got a new sim on Monday as I lost my other sim. The lady in store said it would be active in 1-24 hours, everything sounds fine till next day after 24 hours sim is still not working. I called customer service on Tuesday and they said they have unlocked the sim and it should he working in 2 to 24 hours again?? Then I waited again and still NOT working. I called customer service again on wednesdays, Guess what they said it will start working in 2hours. Waited another few hours and still not working. Called them again THEY SAID THE SAME THING, the colleagues I spoke to even said "I promise u by tomo morning around 8 it will start working" and now its Thursday 9:30 and it's still not working. I haven't been able to use my phone for 4 whole day and I'm very disappointed with O2. I've never had this issue before. I want this to be sorted quickly as people aren't been able to contact me at all and I'm losing so much stuff. My phone still says "Sim not provisioned for voice".
