Hi! I have a new O2 sim but need to do a first top up to activate. I am living out of uk and when I try to recharge sim with credit card they ask me billing address and house name... How can I do?

Unfortunately you need a UK card and address to use the o2 website.
You will have to try this option instead https://www.mobiletopup.co.uk/
