Have you tried changing from 3g to 2g to see if that makes any difference?

I would also say try switching to 2g only if possible and see if that helps

Hi Batman.

A self help thread ; http://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly-and-Pay-Go/Self-help-guide-Is-the-network-down-for-me-or-ev...

Once you do get your services returned ten it may be worth requesting a goodwill gesture for non service.

O2 don't have to do anything as they do cover this in the T&C but have been known to react.

Keep a detailed report of dates of non service and perhaps screenshots of the Service Checker showing issues in your area.

Do this by ringing O2 on 202 Pay Monthly or 4445 for Payg. If nothing differed then escalate here if you wish http://service.o2.co.uk/IQ/SRVS/CGI-BIN/WEBCGI.EXE?New,Kb=Companion,question=ref(User):str(Mobile),C...

Take care.
