Are O2 going to, or have they, released a signal boost system for the O2 customers who have a poor or non-existent signal at home.

Hi,

Have you always had poor network signal or data signal where you live or has it just started to happen ?

Check here : http://status.o2.co.uk/

Sometimes switching to 2g in your phones settings helps also.

Cleaning your sim card or having it swapped at an o2 store can have reasonable results.

With the ongoing upgrade to the o2 network with 4G rollout this will improve 2G and 3G services too by 2015.

Network Future.

Hope all goes ok for you.

O2 do a boost box for business customers only at £150. Not sure of availability or reliability.

TuGo which works over wifi is available for monthly contract customers.

My signal in and around my home and office is getting worse.  It can take 5 mins to text 5 words or a text can take 1hr to come through.  How can the signal be improved.

Contract or P&G?

TuGo is an option for contract customers.

Boost box if you are a business customer.

What's app , viber or Tugo as said then. 😞

Hopefully the new calling over wifi will alleviate a lot of issues when and if O2 adopts it.
