Good Afternoon, I am paying a monthly contract, and during the Storms of Arwen 25th - 29th November and Storm Malik and Corrie 29th - 31st January I had no Mobile Reception at all. Can I be compensated for this time, as I use my mobile for work and had to travel 15miles to get to an area to get reception.

Regards

Probably not as these are classed as act of god / force majeur and o2 do not guarantee a fault free service, but you can see if o2 will give you a gesture of goodwill of 4 days divided by your monthly airtime

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they will be able to advise

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
