Service cut off while on payment holiday

My service has been cut off while on a payment holiday. i cant even recieve messages from o2 to sign into myo2 to talk to someone from customer service!!! the phone wont even make calls to 202!!!

You need to speak to the Payment Management team on 0800 917 0207

As they will be able to assist you, the best.
