Ask o2 to reset the pin and account. Explain your situation to them

Have you contacted the bereavement team here?

https://www.o2.co.uk/help/account-and-billing/bereavement

They were very helpful when my friend died a few years ago.

Edit - If you're trying to get the PIN number for the phone to unlock it then that might be something o2 cannot help you with.

Which phone is it?

@Appleby

Sorry for your loss, but unfortunately there's no way that O2 could know the PIN of an individuals phone.

You'll need to contact the phone manufacturer but forcing an unlock usually wipes all data from the phone.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.
