Was transfered over from virgin last year.

Can we sell our phones while under contract? Think it is yes. But would like it to be confirmed

Any payments for your handset were not transferred over and are still with Virgin

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@Evans1982 Technically, and most likely legally, you can't sell something that you don't own.
