I sent a handset back as it was incorrect. I've now applied for a new contract as they have received my handset and cancelled the first account. How will I know if th 2nd credit check was successful?
I've paid for delivery tomorrow, will I know tonight?
Thanking you in advance

Hi @Anonymous Thanks for getting back in touch. I presume you have contacted O2 this morning as I suggested in your previous thread here? http://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly-and-Pay-Go/Second-credit-check-due-to-1st-handset-being-incorrect/m-p/964952#M111635

Unfortunately this sometimes happens when people apply for something on a credit agreement within a few days. I know it's stupid as you passed the first check but often it's a computer saying no and unfortunately it can't be corrected manually... There is an email address for the credit referral team

CreditFileReferrals@o2.com but as its the weekend nothing will get sorted even if you did email them...

http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2  If you haven't had anything to confirm you may not get it tomorrow

I've tried checking my o2 but i can't sign in and it's still referring to my disconnected line. I'm trying to see what emails I've had this time and the ones to last time. Can I talk to someone about my web order?
They have taken the money for handset and delivery @Cleoriff

Your MyO2 won't update that quickly and you will likely get a new log in for the new account anyway.
Emails are the only way of knowing, as it's too late to call tonight, unless you want to take a chance with live chat http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

would stand to reason that if they allowed you to book next day delivery that the order was going through ok. Also, did you make the error when placing the first order? If not, and O2 made the error you should ask for the second check removed, that's if the do a second one. But might be automaticly done when order was placed.
