Samsung S6 bought from CPW / Pay monthly - Unlock request rejected!!!

Hope someone here can help me. I bought Samsung S6 from Carphone Warehouse and I am now 12 months into my contract (2 years). Last week I submitted a request to unlock my phone and it got rejected! 

 

I am not sure why? 

 

- Its a pay monthly

- Its locked to first SIM that was used in it which is O2

- O2 unlocks all pay monthly phones for free

 

Can someone help?

Yeah, the IMEI is not on the o2 database cause it's not locked to o2.

It's an automated reply. They can't unlock an already unlocked phone. Just put a different sim in and try as advised by @MI5

This happen to my s5 as well! i upgraded it to s6 gone straight to 02 to upgrade it and when its time for me to unlock my s5 i was pass back and forth to CPW to have it unlock saying it should be them doing it for a reason i dont get as 02 is where the phone lock into. I really regret upgrading it to 02 i am now just waiting for my contract to end and never again use 02.
