Hi,

I have a Samsung a40 on pay monthly contract with carphone warehouse. The phone has developed a fault. The screen is black but I can still hear it if it rings, receives messages etc. As I gather carphone warehouse are no longer with O2 who do I contact about repair.

The phone is less than 6 months old

You can still go to CPW for repairs or Samsung direct.

@ChrisVMax1200 You should try Samsung support first. https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/ They may tell you to contact O2 but O2 will probably only send it to Samsung.
