Same Deal In the Shop As On The Phone

I was just given a deal over the phone and said I would call back...I decided to go ahead and then couldn't get through. Does anyone know if I could get the same deal in an O2 shop if I went tomorrow at least then I could get the phone then and there x

Was it a cold call or did you phone them?

You may not get the same deal instore but I wouldn't sign up to anything over the phone. Go instore & see what they offer you

It's very unlikely you would get the same deal instore. Your best bet would be to try to get through on the phone tomorrow. Just make sure it is actually O2 who called you.

I found them so it was O2 x

The deal usually if I'm right lasts 24 hours if they offered it to you so you might be lucky if you get a nice advisor but I'd recommend going instore as you will walk out with a shiny new phone within 10 minutes
