I have seen that as a new customer there is a great couple of tarriffs for SIM only - one for £20 a month to get 100gb for 18 months.
This is cheaper and better than my current SIM only tarrif (that is out of contract) but not available to switch to when I am logged in.
Can I order the new SIM, cancel my current contract and port my number?
I would like to speak to O2 but they are not really taking calls at the moment.
Suggetions?

You need to look at your upgrade options not tariff change but there are new deals out today as the old ones ended yesterday.

The 100GB is still there but now only on the18month contract and not 12 mths as it was before.
