Have you tried cleaning the sim card and rebooting the phone @ML1112

@ML1112 Okay. Try cleaning the card as suggested by @jonsie and if that doesn't help use the link provided above by @MI5. We've been told that 0800 587 4005 should be the first number to try. Choose any option. Even fraud or lost/stolen to get through.
