SIM Failure

I have a SIM failure on my iPhone XS Max, tried reinserting/cleaning the SIM but no change.

Any ideas how to proceed as the o2 stores are currently closed?

Have tried but get the ‘Unable to answer your call at the moment’ message and then the call cuts off.

Been without any service now for 1 week, have been trying continually since then to get through.
