Hello,
I have just cracked my screan and i believe I have a contract that replace the screan. Please can you confirm.
What is the next step it getting my screan replaced?

Check in your bolt ons in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
If you have the free screen replacement bolt on, call 202 and follow the prompts.
You will be put through to the insurance dept who will process your claim for you.
