I recently travelled to India and understand I should have been offered a roaming bolt on at £26 for 100MB, £45 for 500MB or £65 for 1GB. I also already subscribe to O2 travel which I understand isn't available here.
Depsite this when I landed none of this was offered as it should be. I instead was using standard roaming and hit an £100 spend cap though I was monitoring my traffic usage which was reasonable. I removed the cap but all data after this point was charged at an even more extortionate rate.
I now have a bill for £1335 for less than 250MB of data. How can I resolve this asap?

All you can do is ask O2 to reduce the bill as a goodwill gesture
Really, you have no comeback.
You used the data knowingly and at £7.20 per MB it will soon rack up a shocking bill
Good luck

Those offers are only if you are on the new billing system as it clearly says.. Unfortunately o2 wont reduce it as you have used the services provided, but they should offer a payment plan, but they block roaming, and upgrades etc
