Hi i sent a phone via Royal Mail to the address below is this still the same address for returning devices.

It is but there is no one working there at the moment.
Royal mail are holding all deliveries.

I was given an address in Winchester for returns from a gentleman on the upgrade team. Where did you get this Norwich address from?
