Hi I took a contract out for a Nintendo switch but changed my mind couldn’t get through to anyone to cancel it and now it’s arrived I still can’t get through to anyone to help return it I’ve called so many times now and they all don’t understand and are no help at all I don’t even have the online chat on my o2 app I just want to return my device and get my money back
