After negotiating an upgrade to my Galaxy A12 I plumped for an iPhone 12 5G with a great deal 150 GB, Unlimited texts and minutes. 6months disney+, £100 voucher and iTunes for 6months. I took my phone away on holiday to take my time setting it up, imagine how disappointed I was when I realised it had to be done on Wifi? Away in our caravan with no Wi-Fi and a brand new totally useless phone. I actually logged on to an O2 hot spot but half way through it dropped off, how maddening. Anyway I eventually set it up back at home " that's another story " then decided I would send it back as it didn't suit me. I've sent the plug C adaptor £20. and screen protectors and gel case back too another £25. I also took out £10 pm insurance. So far I've had no contact despite trying hard to contact in chat. There is never anyone there.
Has anyone had a similar experience? I am really disappointed with my service, I even paid nearly £90 to pay my current phone off.
